I have had the distinct pleasure of conceptualizing, designing and illustrating the concert art for the Las Vegas Philharmonic since the 2015-16 season. It has been a true labor of love.

The Las Vegas Philharmonic approached me about raising the level of their brand identity and season concert art. With Las Vegas becoming much more of a cultural community, they wanted their profile to be on par with orchestras in other large cities. The marketing team was open to me spreading my artistic wings, and the Conductor, Donato Cabrera sits with me at the beginning of every season to share his vision and thoughts on each concert. From there, I delve into thinking on what I’ve been provided, along with digging in and researching each composer and piece of music to draw out thoughtful storytelling. I sketch out multiple ideas for each concert and from there, illustrate and design each one with the highest respect for the music and the audience. The community has responded very well to the elevated presence of the LVP and I’m beyond proud that my artwork has brought so much joy to many.
